Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking a class, purchasing a membership or attending any event at The Soul Works Studio. By booking or purchasing you agree to be bound by these terms.
Our Services
The Soul Works Studio offers yoga classes, wellness events, circles, workshops, studio hire and related services from our studio in Glasgow City Centre. Full details of current offerings are available on the website. We reserve the right to update, change or discontinue any service or class at any time.
Bookings
All classes and events must be booked in advance through our booking system unless otherwise stated
Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a class or event due to low attendance, teacher illness or circumstances beyond our control
If we cancel a class or event you will be offered a full refund or credit to use on a future booking
Payments
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless a deposit option is offered
Payments are processed securely through our third-party booking and payment providers
All prices are listed in GBP and are inclusive of any applicable taxes
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Changes will not affect existing confirmed bookings
Cancellations & Refunds — Classes
Cancellations made more than 8 hours before a class will receive a full refund or credit to use on a future booking
Please contact us at thesoulworks222@outlook.com to arrange a refund, this is not completed automatically
Cancellations made within 8 hours of a class start time are non-refundable and non-transferable
No-shows will forfeit the class without refund or credit
Class packs are non-refundable once purchased
Cancellations & Refunds — Events, Workshops & Circles
Cancellations made more than 7days before an event will receive a full refund, otherwise they are non-refundable
Tickets are non-transferable unless agreed in writing
If an event is cancelled by us you will receive a full refund
Unlimited Membership
The Unlimited Membership is a rolling monthly subscription billed on the same date each month
To cancel your membership after the minimum term, written notice of 30 days must be given via email to thesoulworks222@outlook.com
Memberships are personal and non-transferable — they may not be shared with another person
Members must still book classes in advance through our booking system
Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to the same policy as standard class bookings
Memberships may be frozen for up to 4 weeks per calendar year with a minimum of 7 days notice — please contact us to arrange this
We reserve the right to change the membership price with 30 days written notice
We reserve the right to cancel a membership in the event of a breach of our code of conduct
Health & Safety
By attending classes or events you confirm that you are in suitable physical health to participate
You agree to inform the teacher of any injuries, medical conditions or pregnancy before class begins
If you are unsure whether a class is suitable for you, please consult your GP before attending
The Soul Works Studio is not liable for any injury sustained during a class or event unless caused by our negligence
Please arrive on time. Latecomers may not be admitted to class to protect the experience of other participants
Code of Conduct
We are committed to maintaining a safe, welcoming and inclusive space for everyone. We ask all clients to:
Treat teachers, staff and fellow participants with respect at all times
Arrive on time and turn mobile phones to silent before class
Respect the studio space and leave it as you found it
Not attend class under the influence of alcohol or substances
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the studio whose behaviour is disruptive, disrespectful or unsafe, without refund.
Intellectual Property
All content, materials, class structures, event concepts and branding created by The Soul Works Studio remain our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, share or use our content without express written permission.
Photography & Video
We occasionally photograph or film in the studio for marketing purposes. By attending you consent to potentially appearing in this content. If you do not wish to be photographed please let us know before class and we will ensure you are not included.
Limitation of Liability
The Soul Works Studio accepts no liability for loss or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant service.
Studio Hire
Studio hire is subject to a separate hire agreement which will be provided at the time of booking. These Terms & Conditions apply in addition to any hire-specific terms.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
